Our Chocolates
Did you know Dominica’s cocoa beans were rated as some of the finest in the world?
Our delicious and natural chocolates are only made of trinitario cocoa beans, sugar cane, cocoa butter and natural flavours.
We have 14 different chocolate bars, rhum truffles, dried fruits dipped in chocolate and other cocoa products such as cocoa husk tea and vinegar.
Our Story
We started making chocolate in 2010 in our kitchen with only 4 cacao trees from our garden. Since then, we planted 200 trees, and the chocolate factory was built 5 years later.
Now, our factory team is made up of 3 family members and 5 chocolate workers. We also collaborate with about a dozen local farmers and other local artisans.
Local and sustainable:
All our cacao is produced on the island of Dominica and sold in compostable packaging. We use only organic matter on our estate and solar energy for production.
